The Aultman Core Asset Area (approximately 500 acres in size) is bounded by 4th St NW, Harrison Ave, Bellflower Ave, and 11th St SW. This area has been designated as one of six targeted investment areas in the City’s Comprehensive Plan (adopted in 2016). CBP has partnered with the Aultman Health Foundation to support the revitalization of this neighborhood since 2017.

Aultman Area Model Investor Reward Program
A 10% rebate up to $2,000 is available to property owners with rental units in the Aultman Core Asset Area that complete exterior renovations. Contact our offices to apply for this program.
Aultman Employee Rental Incentive Program
