The program objective is to offer low-to-moderate income, first-time home buyers with these upfront costs of purchasing a home, making homeownership more affordable. Program Requirements
- Property must be located within the Aultman Core Asset Area (see map below)
- Property must be owner-occupied by applicant
- Applicants must complete an online homeowner certification course provided by CBP
